The sign-up conditions
  1. One login for your businessEveryone at your business signs in with the same mobile number. You decide who you share it with, and you're responsible for what's done with it.
  2. Your National Floors team sees everything in itYour rep and our office can see your jobs, quotes, orders, invoices, takeoffs, messages and what you open here, so we can help. Nothing in your trade account is private from National Floors.
  3. It isn't a credit accountYou pay for each order before delivery or pickup, as you do now. A trade account doesn't change how or when you pay.
  4. Sign-in codes go to your mobileWhen you sign in on a new device we text a 6-digit code to your business mobile. Never give a code to anyone. We will never ask you for one.
  5. Accepting a quote here is a real orderAccepting a quote in National Floors Trade is the same as accepting it in writing, at the prices and on the terms on the quote.
  6. Prices can changePrices shown are our current prices. The price you pay is the one on the quote you accept.
  7. Referrals, if we switch them on for youWe pay you the referral rate we've agreed with you (3% unless we tell you otherwise) of what a new customer you refer pays us, excluding GST, for jobs they pay for within 12 months of the referral. New customers only, not someone we already have on file. We pay monthly by bank transfer once we've checked and approved it.
  8. We can pause or close a trade accountFor example if it's misused. Tell us straight away if a phone with access is lost or someone leaves your business, and we'll sign you out everywhere.
  9. Your detailsWe use the details you give us to run your trade account and your jobs, and we keep them private.
